Pool Max Player Policy
Version and effective date: October 10, 2026
These rules apply to Pool Max: Play Billiards by Pixelwork, Android package com.poolmax.game. Accept this policy in the app before publishing a custom name or Google profile picture. Without acceptance, other players see a default name and avatar; you can still play.
Keep public profiles appropriate
Do not use sexual or pornographic content, child exploitation, illegal content, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, threats, harassment, graphic violence, impersonation or another person’s private information in your name or photo. Do not cheat, exploit the service or harass other players. Choose a name and photo that you have permission to use and that are suitable for our 13-and-over intended audience.
Report names, photos or players
During an online match, open the opponent’s profile and choose “Report / Block Player”. On the leaderboard, use the player-options button beside a human player’s name. Select “Report Player / Profile” and a reason. The report is stored for moderator review; the reported player is not shown your identity. A report does not automatically prove a violation.
Block and unblock
Blocking hides that player’s name and photo from you and prevents future matchmaking or private invitations between the two accounts. It does not cancel a match already in progress or alter its result. Use Settings → Player Safety to unblock a player.
Moderation and appeals
Pixelwork reviews submitted reports and may hide a violating public name or photo and restrict further profile changes. We assess reports in context and can restore a profile when appropriate. For an appeal, an urgent safety concern or a problem with reporting, contact develioglu306@gmail.com. Include the player ID and relevant details, never a password or authentication token. Public profile content is not pre-approved and we do not provide live chat or voice messaging.
Privacy and accounts
Reports include the reporting and reported account IDs, the selected reason, a snapshot of the reported name/photo reference and timestamps. Block preferences and policy acceptance are also recorded. These records are used for safety and service operation, not advertising. See the Privacy Policy and account deletion instructions.
