Delete your Pool Max account

This is the official account and data deletion request page for Pool Max: Play Billiards by Pixelwork (Android package com.poolmax.game). You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a request.

How to request deletion

1. Email develioglu306@gmail.com with the subject “Pool Max account deletion”.
2. Include your player ID and player name, if available. For an email or Google account, send the request from the email linked to that account. For a guest account, include its player ID; if you cannot access it, explain that in your request.
3. We may ask for additional non-secret information to verify that the account is yours. We will confirm the outcome after processing your request.

What is removed

Your Pool Max authentication account and associated identifiable profile, avatar reference, game progress, virtual balances, cue collection and identifiable activity records are covered by the deletion request. Deletion is permanent; progress and virtual items cannot be recovered afterward. Deleting Pool Max does not delete your Google account.

Records that may be retained

Limited information may be retained when required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or resolving disputes. Where a shared match record is needed for another player’s history, we may remove the connection to your identity instead of deleting their history. Any applicable retention exception will be explained when handling your request.

Uninstalling the game or logging out alone does not delete server-side account data. You can also ask about deletion of particular personal data without closing the account. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
