This Privacy Policy describes how MP3Cutt (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application MP3Cutt, an MP3 audio cutting and editing tool distributed on Google Play (our developer listing on Google Play) (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We do not require you to create an account to use MP3Cutt. We do not knowingly collect, store, or sell personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number through the App for our own purposes. Audio you edit with MP3Cutt is processed on your device; we do not operate a service that uploads your audio files to our servers for editing or storage.
The App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners (for example, Google advertising services used in mobile apps). Those partners may collect or process device-related data, advertising identifiers, and related technical or usage information to show and measure ads, as described in their own policies. We do not control their practices.

Where available on your device or platform, you may also use system settings or partner tools to manage ad personalization.
To let you choose and export audio, the App may request access to storage or media permissions allowed by your device’s operating system (for example, access to audio files on your device). We use those capabilities only to provide App functionality on your device, not to send your files to our servers for editing.
MP3Cutt is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App for our own purposes. If you believe a child has provided personal information to an advertising partner, please contact that partner or use applicable platform controls.
We design the App with reasonable care; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Because we do not operate a login or central account system for MP3Cutt, there is no password or profile stored by us for the App itself.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
